Dosage and Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1-4 capsules daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by your health care provider. Take in divided doses before meals or all at once.

Caution

For some people, L-carnitine, especially Acetyl-L-Carnitine, may have a stimulating effect. Therefore, it may be unwise to take it in the evening.
